Important information regarding cancellations and refunds.

General Disclaimer & Notice

Before purchasing, you must check the specific refund policy indicated on each product's detail page. Individual product policies take precedence over this general policy.
To avoid any disadvantages, we strongly recommend consulting with a customer agent via chat regarding the refund policy before making a payment.

eSIM Products

Due to the nature of digital products like eSIMs, refunds are fundamentally impossible once the QR code has been issued (downloaded or emailed).
For unissued eSIMs requested within the valid cancellation period before expiration, a refund review may proceed, and a cancellation/processing fee may be deducted.

Hotel Products

Hotel and accommodation products strictly follow the unique policies of our partner companies and each respective hotel.
Refunds are absolutely not possible for cancellation requests made past the free cancellation period or for No-Shows. We bear no legal arbitration responsibility for such cases.
